Project

The “Meat Your Future Project” is a series of “videos chapters” under the topics (1) Health, (2) Environment, and (3) Ethics. Once complete, we hope it will provide a “video treatise” summarizing a broad array of relevant issues surrounding animal consumption. We anticipate this project could take a year or longer, so we are releasing individual chapters as they are completed.  The chapters are listed below (although they may change slightly as we work through the project, and individual videos may not necessarily be released in the numbered order).
